BY PURCHASING, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

Return Policy:

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All orders are FINAL. If you receive your product and you are not satisfied due to an error on our part, we will try our best to fix the issue. If you receive your item and it is damaged, you have 48 hours from the date received to contact us and provide photos of the damage. We will then make the determination on what the next course of action will be.

Shipping Policy:

There will be absolutely NO address changes once an order has been placed. This is for our protection as well as yours. Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address. 

• If you have entered the wrong address, and your order has NOT been shipped yet: your order will be cancelled and refunded and you will have to order again with the correct address.

• If your order has been shipped with the wrong address: You will be responsible for contacting USPS to change the address. You can also attempt to make a package intercept on the usps website. You will be responsible for the fees charged.

• If USPS is unable to change the address, and they ship it back to me, I will refund and cancel the order at the time the package is delivered, and you will have to place a new order. I will not provide any type of refund until returned package is received. refund will only include product price, I will not refund shipping.

• Lost USPS packages will be resolved on a case by case basis. Please email us for help If you have not received your order and it's been over 2 weeks. We are NOT obligated to refund or replace any orders due to USPS losing an order. You will have to file a claim with USPS if something is lost.

Care Instructions:

Apparel

• Let your shirt sit without washing for at least 24 to 48 hours

• Do not dry clean

• Wash and dry garments inside out

• Choose cold or warm water temperature settings for the wash

• Use mild detergent

• Dry on a low/tumble setting or hang dry

• Do not iron directly on a heat transfer design

Tumblers

NOT Dishwasher safe. This is direct from the tumbler manufacturers to prevent the vacuum seal from breaking due to excessive heat in most dishwashers. Hand wash ONLY NOT Microwave safe Do NOT use abrasive cleaners

Blankets

Do not dry-clean; Do not iron; Line dry; Do not bleach; Hand wash.

TAT (Turn Around Time):

Apparel

All items are custom made.  Our current TAT is 7 to 14 business days .  If your order includes 5  or more items (ex. graduation shirts or family vacation tees) your turn around time can increase to up to 4 weeks or 28 business days.  If you have a custom designed item your TAT will vary based on design time. If you have questions or concerns about the turnaround time, or your need a rush order please feel free to contact me via email at arlette.deal@allthingzlette.com. An additional fee of $15 will be added for a rush order.

Tumblers

The processing time for custom tumblers are 2 to 4 weeks.
