How to Place an Order

We are excited to partner with Aldine ISD to provide a streamlined ordering process. Please follow the steps below to ensure your order is processed efficiently:

  1. Request a Quote/Customize Your Order: Please email me the following information: Specific quantities, design details or a .png design file, delivery preferences, and any special instructions.
  2. Review Your Order: Double-check all details to ensure accuracy before submitting.
  3. Review Your Quote: Your quote will be forwarded to and your campus secretary. Please double-check all details to ensure accuracy before it is forwarded to the purchasing department.
  4. Submit for Approval: Your campus secretary will then forward your quote  to the district’s purchasing department for review and approval.
  5. Track Your Order: Once approved, you can track your order status via email.
